1. No physical shipping

We sell online software subscriptions only. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved.

2. Delivery of the service

• Your account is created instantly when you register at https://crm.mitrait.in/register.
• On successful payment for a paid plan, the plan features are activated automatically within a few minutes, and a confirmation email/receipt is sent to your registered email address.
• In rare cases where the payment gateway confirmation is delayed, activation may take up to 24 hours. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your transaction ID and we will activate it immediately or refund the amount.

3. Accessing the service

The service is accessible from any modern web browser on desktop or mobile at https://crm.mitrait.in. Invoices, receipts and reports generated by you can be downloaded or printed as PDF from within the application.

4. Invoices for your subscription

A payment receipt/invoice for every subscription payment is available under Dashboard → Subscription → Billing history and is also emailed to you.
